Review of Property Stay: A Mixed ExperienceMy recent stay above a shop was not what I initially booked but turned out to be manageable given the circumstances. The location was perfect for the funeral we were attending and was a clean and new apartment that provided all essential amenities—free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked kitchen. Traveling with five individuals over 70, the stairs were a challenge, especially since we were notified only on the morning of our stay. The property management was accommodating when we expressed the potential for family visits during this somber time, which helped create a more comfortable atmosphere. In summary, while the apartment met our basic needs, the communication issues and ongoing refund delays overshadowed the experience. I recommend caution for future bookings.
